Look, if you're not a novelty seeker, stay away from this place. What a crazy menu and what a mad chef! The menu itself is worth a dialogue. Burgers with peach butter or strawberry sauce! I know, and the rest is somewhat the same. It's really creative. I loved the burger and the pomegranate drink and the kimchi. I also ordered the fish dish which the description was beyond, but the taste was okay. Only recommended for poeple who like to go beyond their comfort zone. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I recently visited Banafshi Restaurant, located on the top floor of the Gandhi Shopping Center. The ambiance is cozy and inviting—perfect for a relaxed meal in a stylish, calm setting. For my meal, I ordered a burger topped with peach butter, Swiss chard, and salty nectarine. The combination was definitely unique—the touch of sweetness on a savory burger was a new experience for me. It’s a bold flavor profile that might not be for everyone, so I’d recommend reading the menu carefully and being adventurous if you’re open to trying something different. I personally enjoyed the experience, but it probably won’t be my go-to order next time. As an appetizer, I had a delicious paste made from lentils and sesame seeds (possibly tahini-based), garnished with scallions. It reminded me of Lebanese hummus, and I found it very flavorful and comforting. Overall, Banafshi offers creative twists on traditional ingredients and is a great spot to spend time in a pleasant atmosphere. Recommended—especially if you’re in the mood to try something new!
