This is only my 2nd time ever coming here in the 20+ years I’ve lived here my first time was literally just last month, at first I refused to come here because of all the negative backlash they received in previous years but I finally decided to give it a shot! The inside is beautiful, modern, and clean!!! The customer service was amazing! I ordered a pretty big to go order for my family they let me know it was going to be about 25 minutes so I told them I would wait in my car, a few minutes later the guy came out with a Thai tea for me for free while I was waiting! I thought that was so nice! Then I was just about to go inside to check on my order and the guy again was already walking outside to my car with my order! Definitely went above and beyond. The customer service is outstanding they just really showed that they care about their customers. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I wasn't that impressed with the restaurants in Ridgecrest. But i decided to try Bangkok House restaurant and didn't have high expectations, especially because I lived in Thailand for a while. But in all honesty it was the best Thai food I've had outside of Thailand and I live in Los Angeles where there Thai restaurants everywhere! It wasn't Americanized, it was just like Thailand. The owners are actually Thai and so is the main chef! The service was great and the owner was very friendly too. Place was clean and nice. I would highly recommend getting the mango and sticky rice for dessert. I will definitely be back!
