Bar Base is Bar BOSS! Foreigners-friendly, small/intimate, speakeasy vibe, and open late. Bartender was very fun to speak with. No menu, so come prepared to “request“ your preference of liquor or cocktail of choice. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
