Je wordt door ons bij HAUT meegenomen in alles wat Frankrijk maar ook de rest van Europa zo geliefd maakt. Betaalbare, perfect uitgevoerde ambachtelijke gerechten, super koffie en dito wijnen. Onze onbespoten groenten kweken wij veelal zelf en we werken met veel lokale en regionale leveranciers. Vers dus.

Delicious food. The snails, monkfish and duck breast were super tasty. The potato gratin turned out to be still cold. The very hospitable and friendly staff handled this well. Bar Brasserie Haut is a nice addition to the local catering industry. A place where hospitality and quality are of paramount importance. Silver cutlery and starched napkins on the table. Pure products from French cuisine. We started with a tender piece of salmon fillet à la tataki and then enjoyed a top-quality tournedos with red wine-port jus. Served with warm vegetables and salad, we ordered extra potato gratin and fries. Accompanied by a glass of Pinot Noir. Finished off with a delicious tarte tatin with caramel sauce that comes freshly baked from the oven. You can go there every day from 9 a.m. to late at night. So also for a cup of coffee with croissant/a cake or lunch. Go experience it yourself, I'm a fan :-) Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50–60
