I can say that this is one of the best restaurants in the Netherlands. Let's start with the fact that you are greeted at the door by friendly staff with a polite smile. She will be happy to show you the place and will accompany you throughout the evening. I would like to say special words to the waitress who served me. Her name was Vera, she was the only worker in the entire restaurant, given that it was not a busy day. She does her job well, even in the absence of managers or owners. I think this is the person who deserves respect, admiration and promotion. I also came to the restaurant alone, and she gave me her time, keeping me company. Let's move on to the kitchen. It's open and you can see everything that's going on with the chefs. I can’t express in words how professional they are, their form and behavior are at the highest level. The atmosphere is pleasant and warm, you don’t want to leave here at all I think this establishment definitely deserves a Michelin star Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our trip to Weesp was great for a quiet and casual afternoon but the highlight was La Ruelle. Vera took perfect care of us with excellent recommendations for wine and main dishes. The fish with the pinot grigio and the lamb with the primitivo were perfect matches. Thank you Vera and La Ruelle! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
