Bar La Rue in Fulton Market checks all the boxes. The chicken Caesar wrap was fabulous, the lobster roll was equally impressive, and the cocktails were delicious, refreshing, and perfect for a warm Chicago day. Service was fantastic, attentive without hovering, and the atmosphere is exactly what you want in Fulton Market. If the weather cooperates, sitting outdoors is an absolute must. Great food, great drinks, great people-watching. Definitely a spot I’ll be back to.
