While the restaurant looks cozy and inviting, the pleasantness stops there. As a man with a beard, I was intrigued by this potentially beard friendly restaurant but instead found disappointment. The food didn't arrive at all and the Barman brought me a ticket but no food. The waitress later said that she forgot to enter my order. After waiting 1.5 hours and drinking 2 beers, I was told that they finally started to prepare my food. I watched as multiple tables ordered food and were served. This is completely unacceptable and no apology was made. -hungry and unhappy
