Coming from the USA, I am used to eating burgers at different places. Even in Europe in my years of travel I have had a fair amount of burgers. The burgers in this restaurant are BY FAR and BEYOND the best burgers I have ever had. The quality of the meat, the thin truly smash burger consistency, the fluffy bun, the magical house sauce and the fresh out of the oven potatoes make this burger probably the best burger in the whole of Rome. Glad we found this spot. We will certainly be back and recommend to everyone. The customer service was also significantly superior to majority of local restaurants around Rome. Went here recently on vacation. This place IS tourist friendly but not a tourist trap. It served great quality burgers and I would and already have recommended it to multiple relatives.
