ZERO stars. I have NEVER experienced such an unnecessarily rude and unprofessional business owner. From the moment I walked in, I was immediately yelled at over a situation involving other customers that I had absolutely NOTHING to do with. No greeting, no explanation, just immediate hostility. I genuinely could not believe the way this man was speaking to people, let alone someone who had JUST walked through the door. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Dear Gretchen, thanks for the ZERO stars. I am really trying to remember yelling at customers tonight but I have no recollection of it. I did have to raise my voice to my staff members a couple of times (it was a very busy and hectic NFL Sunday, not sure you refer to any of those situations) but no customers were involved in my “yelling“. So, please would you specify it here? You can edit your comment to help me out. I am the business owner and I take criticism seriously. Especially if it concerns me personally. I do apologize if I offended you or if I seemed hostile to you. I am so not that type of person though. So, please help me out and let me know.
