Such an amazing hotel. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back next summer. Beds are super comfy. Room has everything you'd need (fridge, plates, stove, dishwashe). Lovely balcony to look at the mountains! An awesome spa and great hot tub. Breakfast was yummy and delivered right to your room. Walk out the door an look at the Matterhorn. Everything is easily walkable and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Cool bar downstairs also!

We had a very enjoyable stay in late November 2025. Our suite was fabulous, very spacious, attractive modern alpine design, very comfortable, lovely bathrooms, real fire, amazing kitchenette, big dining table, perfect temperature. Service was generally excellent, helpful, friendly, polite staff - the only caveat is the breakfast-delivered-to-your-room menu concept wasn't best executed, as the menu was either tricky for us to understand or tricky for them to interpret, or perhaps a bit of both ;-) Loved the shocking pink hotel electric buggies, for ferrying patrons to/from the train station. We enjoyed the "outdoor" hot-tub and our suite even had a wonderful little sauna inside a gondola sitting on our balcony! Bar 55 is a popular meeting spot for seasonaires and locals and has a great atmosphere, friendly staff and a good selection of drinks. Location was fantastic for us skiing early season as access to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise is very convenient. The town centre was also an easy and pleasant stroll while we were there. We'll definitely return!
