Next to a tiny pub, pretty quiet. If you just walk past, you'll probably miss it. Hands down best food in croatia for veggie lovers. A main dish is more than enough. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €25–30 Vegetarian options: Yes!

What an incredible experience! Barakokula Plant-based was easily one of our favorite restaurants in Split. Set inside the beautiful historic Cindro Palace, the atmosphere is just as memorable as the food. Every dish we ordered was outstanding. The Sexy Tofu was the star of the meal! perfectly cooked with an amazing creamy sauce and easily one of the best tofu dishes we've ever had. The Geisha Rolls were delicious, with wonderfully crispy seaweed and a great sesame flavor. The Truffle Pasta was rich, comforting, and packed with deep, earthy flavors. The Buns N' Roses Burger was fantastic too, especially paired with the fresh, crunchy slaw. Even the sweet potato fries, French fries, and Ave Caesar Salad were perfectly prepared and full of flavor. We finished with the Panacotta, which was light, creamy, and the perfect way to end an exceptional meal. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our visit. Whether you're vegan or simply appreciate amazing food, Barakokula is an absolute must-visit in Split. We'll definitely be back next time we're here! Price per person: €10–15
