A very welcoming hotel and restaurant. The food is very good basque fare, and frites. The rooms are really cozy, low slung comfortable beds and pillows. Owners work very hard and are quite helpful! Service: 4

Lovely old inn with a good meal. Rooms were basic, but clean and comfortable. Our bikes were stored in absolute safety in the wine cellar! Service: 5

After a rainy day on the GR10, we stopped unexpectedly at the Barberaenea hotel: very warm welcome, spacious room, tasty and hearty half-board meal. A great discovery! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Great value
