DO NOT COUNT ON THEM FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS I ordered a cake online for a milestone birthday. When I called per their instructions to confirm the order I was told they never got the order and they would br closed for Thanksgiving on Saturday, the day I needed the cake. Nowhere on their website did they say they would be closed Saturday. If I got there within the hour I could pick ip something even though the cake would be 3 days old by the time of the birthday celebration. I have ordered from Barb!s for years but never again.

I ordered a dozen cupcakes, 6 german chocolate and 6 lemon ras, and they were beautifully made! However, they were more on the dry side than moist. I was hoping to have an experience as described in most of the reviews, but unfortunately didn't. The icing had a bitter aftertaste as if too much dye. This was not worth my time, money or driving sadly. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
