The best café in Rethymno. It has a beautiful, stylish, and modern interior, shelves full of books, wonderful staff, delicious breakfasts, and, most importantly, excellent coffee. A superb lunch at Theorist. Friendly service and flavourful menu options with plenty for us to enjoy as vegetarians! Loved the poppy seed bagel with avocado cream and also the halloumi and avocado toast with honey which can be done vegetarian on request. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–15 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: A great selection of vegetarian options and a few for vegans too. Lots can be customised too. The staff are very helpful!
