Was downtown late at night and looking for non-fast food. Basil Cart is part of a ghost kitchen hub located in SoMa. I walked to the Morris Street hub to directly place an order at the counter kiosk. The place is buzzing with food delivery workers picking up their online orders. I had a pad see ew which was nicely prepared and not too heavy with sauce. Decent portions of broccoli, bok choy, and protein. Will try the curry next time. There are so many other great food options at the ghost kitchen hub. Food: 5 Service: 4
