Here you can drink good coffee. Clients don't highly appreciate sundaes at this fast food. The staff is said to be attentive here. A lot of guests mark that the service is fast. But most visitors who use Google didn't give Baskin-Robbins a high rating.

The ice-cream is good, but we literally stood in there for up to 5 minutes before either of the workers acknowledged us. I spoke when I walked through the door not the other way around. It was literally my son's birthday and it was not the expected experience.

If you have the option to visit a different Baskin-Robbins location, I strongly recommend doing so. I’ve visited this location many times simply because it's the closest to my home, but after today, I won’t be returning. I’ve never had a positive experience here. The customer service is consistently poor, and the owners—who appear to be a husband and wife—are incredibly rude. There are no greetings, no smiles, just cold stares that make you feel unwelcome for simply being a paying customer. Hygiene is also a serious concern. I've witnessed the owner handling ice cream without gloves, using bare hands, which is unacceptable in a food service environment. On top of that, the rewards process is unnecessarily frustrating. Every time I try to scan my app for points, he insists on grabbing my phone and taking far too long to do something that should be simple. Today was the final straw: I had a $3 off $15 coupon selected in the app, and after he took my phone and scanned it, I later realized the coupon had been deselected—without my consent—before the payment went through. That’s dishonest and unethical. It's not just about the discount—it’s about the lack of respect and professionalism. If you can’t treat customers properly or maintain basic standards of hygiene and honesty, perhaps it’s time to reconsider running a business. Do better, or consider closing.
