You can experience Tonkotsu (pork born) based “Tom Yum” noodle and “Green curry” noodle in here. Please don’t worry these not so spicy as authentic Thai noodles. Just so tasty. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My partner and I are from Melbourne, Australia and asked our favourite local Ramen spot here in Melbourne if they had any recommendations for God-Tier ramen in Tokyo - the Green Curry Ramen specifically from Bassanova was their recommendation. This ramen was absolutely mind blowing. We ended up coming back on three different occasions in our trip to Japan (including the Kyoto store). We also tried the Laksa Ramen and the Tom-Yum Ramen as well as the Karaage chicken. Everything was incredible but the Green Curry Ramen was categorically the best ramen I've ever had in my life. Please keep doing what you're doing Bassanova - you have created some magical recipes - we are very grateful and next time we're in Japan this will be #1 priority for us to eat again!
