Authentic Italian dining at its best. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. What I especially appreciated was that the portion sizes felt true to Italy—thoughtfully sized and focused on quality rather than the oversized portions often found at American Italian restaurants. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff provided excellent service from start to finish. If you're looking for genuine Italian cuisine and a great dining experience, Restaurante de Binito is absolutely worth a visit. I look forward to coming back. We were in the area for business and wanted to get out for the evening. After looking on Yelp for a nice restaurant relatively close to our hotel, we found Ristorante Da Benito. Service was very attentive, and food and wine were very good. I had the eggplant appetizer and linguine with clam sauce. Both were excellent with the appetizer being sizable enough for sharing. My two colleagues had the raw tuna and pasta with shrimp. I tasted the tuna and it was also excellent, the wine was very good. We had no room left for dessert although I did read reviews about the warm chocolate cake being to die for. Ambiance was acceptable for a local Italian restaurant and noise level was high. The restaurant was full with many people at the small bar and lots of large groups celebrating the Christmas holiday season. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would return if I am in the area.
