This place used to be my favorite local spot to get sushi. The owner was friendly and you’d get consistently fresh and delicious sushi. But it’s gone downhill. Price has gone up, quality is down. A six-piece of sushi is $9 and it’s sloppily made with less filling in it. Such a bummer. $9 would be fine if the quality was good, but I can get better at the grocery store. I asked for two orders of spicy salmon and an order of spicy tuna. Instead I got a single tray of 18 not spicy salmon rolls. They smelled fishy and tasted bland. I was so disappointed. No separation of rolls either - god forbid I had a specific allergy to either tuna or salmon I would have been screwed. Do not order from here. They clearly do not care about the food they make nor the customers who purchase it. Food: 2 Service: 3

Bento House is one of our favorite fast casual neighborhood restaurants. Tasty food, easy parking, and great service every time we visit. Luis took great care of us tonight! We’ve frequented both the Reston and Chantilly locations for years.
