I kept giving this location chances after multiple horrible experiences. Their soda lines need some major cleaning. The soda literally tastes dirty. So I stopped ordering soda and continued with food. I like to order through the app because mods are more likely to come out correct. Except here they dont read the mods. The basically make it the way they want you to eat it and want you to live with it. Nothing complicated, more no mustard and ketchup add mayo. They’ll just give you a sandwich with no toppings. Just gave my food back because the scowls at the window and when getting my food handed to me lead me to believe something vile could happen to my food if I requested for it to be fixed. Will no longer be visiting this location. The employees ignored me for over 20 minutes, then laughed at me for thinking my to go order would be on the to go order shelf. Then argued that it wasn't confusing at all because "it's been this way forever". It's also not very handicapped accessible, or people accessible for that matter (see attached photos) Do yourself a favor and travel the extra distance to a different Wendy's.
