I got scammed at this gas station. I wanted to buy an empty mug, but she added 59 to my bill. The manager didn’t help. No one speaks a word of English. I was charged for something I didn’t buy.

Appalling service and a complete lack of professionalism. I have been a regular customer here for over 2 years, but today’s incident (19.04.2026) was unacceptable. After refueling, I moved my car 20 meters to a parking spot to free up the pump for other drivers — the station is near a busy highway exit and was quite crowded. When I entered to pay just a minute later, the cashier started shouting at me in an arrogant manner. He accused me of theft and threatened to call the police, despite the fact that I was literally standing there with my wallet ready to pay. Even after I explained that I moved the car to be polite to other customers and intended to stay for coffee/food, he continued his aggressive behavior. Being treated like a criminal for trying to be considerate is scandalous. I strongly advise avoiding this station.
