Whilst I found the staff friendly enough, the room was very frustrating given the price I paid. I appreciate that toasters are no longer allowed, but I had to boil the jug for a cuppa either in the bathroom or the lounge room floor! There simply wasn't enough power points. This is a safety issue and not good enough. As for the wall thickness, I heard the couple next door have passionate sex on the first night, and the toilet flushing on the 2nd night. Goodbye Best Western. Rooms: 2 Service: 4 Location: 4

What I like with Best Western Hobart- close to CBD. Walking distance to Salamanca Market, Constitution Dock, Ferry to MONA and much more. Location is easy to navigate. Restaurant onsite. Undercover parking available and safe.We booked family room in 4rth floor. Rooms are clean. Room attendants tidy up beds and room upon request. Amenities and facilities just right for our needs. Reception staff helpful and easy to talk to. I don't mind staying again if visiting Hobart.
