Such a lovely experience shopping at the Bialetti store today. Paola who assisted us was really kind and even made us an espresso.

Recently we visited the store on Via Cola Di Rienzo. They have a wide and impressive collection. Free coffee tasting. Very attentive and helpful staff. It's a place that provides global tax-free receipts as well. We ended up buying 2 coffee pots which have safely reached New Zealand and we our thoroughly enjoying our coffee shots. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €100+
