Got there at 12:10, there was a back in 5 min sign, waited till 12:40 and still no one showed up I had been waiting so long to visit and traveled 90 minutes just for this place and left so disappointed I dont think ill be going back to try them, as I dont want to travel for a store that doesnt even open

Absolutely loved my visit to Big Bite Mochi Lab! The mochi waffles were fresh, soft on the inside and perfectly crisp on the outside — not too sweet, just right. The toppings were generous and you can really taste the quality ingredients. The presentation was beautiful too, definitely Instagram-worthy! The shop itself is clean and welcoming, with a nice self-service setup that makes it easy to choose what you like. Staff were friendly and helpful when I had questions about the different flavors. If you’re in Modbury, this is definitely a must-try spot for a unique dessert experience. I’ll be coming back for sure! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
