I went there because I had been curious about it for a while. The store didn't seem to have a parking lot, so I parked my car in a nearby paid parking lot and walked to the store in about 1 minute. I visited around 13:00, after the lunchtime peak, and it was quite crowded with customers. The gyoza skin was chewy and piping hot. It is very tasty. However, it does contain garlic, so be careful if you are concerned about the smell. The fried chicken is pretty average, but the spicy dipping sauce that comes with it is delicious. I ordered the sweet and sour pork rice, and it was reasonably priced, voluminous, and delicious as the reviews said. Apparently the store name is Bika, not Mika.
