《中華料理 金縷梅》「マンサク」 上田の飲み屋街袋町にある街中華屋さんです。 飲み屋のお客さん相手のお店なのか 営業時間がなんと23:30～深夜2:30なんです。深夜に特化。中々 難易度高目 (飲みの〆にですな) 店内はテーブル１(二人)と小上がり２(四人) あとカウンター７・ぐらいだったと思います。狭いです。 店主さん(女性)ワンオペですのでテーブル&小上がりはお手伝いが必要です。 メニューは、ラーメン・焼きそば・チャーハン・一品料理(炒めもん)などです。 ドリンクはメニューにありませんが紹興酒などは 有りそうです すっごく久しぶりに訪問) 数年前は飲みの〆によく通っていたなぁ(笑) そん時の懐かしい～味。個人的に好きな「もやしラーメン」・餃子・チャーハンを注文 もやしラーメンの醤油スープが炒めモヤシの脂で何か旨い具だくさんで安い チャーハンはパラパラ系な ザ・チャーハン 餃子も王道の味で旨しです。 同行者の「ワンタンメン」もワンタンたっぷりで旨そうでしたよ。 次回は 他のラーメン・焼きそばも食べてみたいですわ(飲んだ後に) 懐かし～い味。ごちそうさまでした。
