Absolutely horrific experience. The waiter with a tattoo on his arm was rude, arrogant and openly aggressive. He insulted guests, used vulgar and offensive language, and started shouting at them. He behaved as if customers were beneath him and as if doing his job was some kind of favour. This level of hostility and disrespect is completely unacceptable. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid this place at all costs. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We went to see the Vatican in the morning and were a bit tired after the tour. The restaurant was close by after we left in the afternoon. We decided to stop in. The service and food were both very good. Our waiter was named Roberto and he was a very kind and talkative person. He gave my mother another drink because she had gone to the bathroom and it spoiled a bit while she was away. The food was very tasty and we had enjoyed it very much. Would definitely recommend if you also had gone on a tour and needed a place close by to sit down in.
