The best meal I had in Rovinj — and the service makes it even better Sitting right by the sea with a relaxed, crowd-free atmosphere, this spot is a breath of fresh air. The tomato risotto alone is worth the visit — deeply flavorful, loaded with seafood, and the portion size is surprisingly generous. Pizza is great too. But what sets this place apart is the staff. They're genuinely kind and never make you feel rushed — even if you linger over coffee for an hour. I asked for hot water with my espresso every time, and they always obliged with a smile.
