Unfortunately, only 1 star, although I would like to give more. On Saturday we wanted to eat at this restaurant. We were a larger group (4 adults + 2 children). The terrace was semi-free, but we decided to try our luck to find a table inside. Right from the door we were greeted by a waitress who told us in a not pleasant tone that she didn't have a table available (inside/outside). However, asking her about the free tables outside, she answered us in an arrogant tone that we can sit there, but that we can only benefit from 4 chairs at 2 tables (which we would be joined). When asked how we could seat 6 people on 4 chairs, we were told that this is the restaurant's policy and that it does not accept the joining of several tables and chairs. What can I say...you have good food for nothing, if the attitude of the staff leaves much to be desired. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We spent a weekend in Brasov, a group of 3 people. I served the first meal at Bistro de l'Arte, then I only ate there. At each table, I made a reservation for the next one. The food is very good, made from local ingredients when possible. Chef Oana Coanta and her team treat food with respect and something extra, a sparkle - it's a soul :) The atmosphere is very pleasant, pets are also welcome. The service was exceptional, you are not kept waiting and you are treated like a human being. He communicates with you even when it's crowded, we were asked every time if everything is okay. It remains our soul restaurant. Thank you for the meal!
