We were so looking forward to having lunch here, but what a disappointment. The place looks lovely and the waiter was very pleasant however the meal took an inordinate amount of time to arrive. Although the menu looked tantalising when the food finally did arrive it looked nice but was totally flavourless eg there was no sign of goats cheese in the goats cheese and beetroot filo. The roasted ravioli tasted deep fried and the inside was beyond bland. It is very unusual for me to leave a poor review but this meal really under delivered. Ps we only went for lunch hence this review does not reflect on the rooms. Service: 3

Awful, Being ignored for 20mins is OK, after I had been told someone would be with me shortly but that follow up phone call. How rude! I am perfectly able to tell how long 20mins is, thank you - I arrived at 10.45am and left at 11.05am. The tone you took with me on the phone is very unprofessional and insulting. Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 5

Dear Jonathan, for someone who works in hospitality your decision to leave this review is interesting. Our meeting was scheduled for 11am, because as you saw we are very busy with the local walkers having coffee on a Friday morning. It’s safe to say we have dodged a bullet. Best of luck with job search.
