I was here four years ago dropping off my son at Creighton and I'm back four years later for his graduation and amazingly the food was great back then and now is it amazing!!!! This place is sooo much more than a coffee shop! Not only is Blend.Co women-owned with immaculate vibes, but the food is out of this world! You must go for lunch. The short rib sandwich was perfection. Also such a cute space to cowork or host events, they have tons of space and options!
