Great modern dining in Innsbruck. Great vegetarian concept with focus on local and qualitative produce selection. The tasting menu met our expectations, both price and quality wise. The cabbage in white bean purée with gremolata was our favourite. The topfenknödel with vanilla/pear sauce we didn't much care for. (The hierarchy was missing for us, the elements mixed too quick on the tongue). The kombucha was delicious and the coffee also above expectations ((: The service was excellent for Innsbruck standards. Clear, efficient, attentive, and quick. Thank you for the great evening ;).
