Шарики боба не доварили и они не проходят через трубочки. Пожалуйста, исправьте ошибки в будущем. Hi everyone. I usually order from a different boba shop, but their tapioca finished so I decided to order from here. First of all, you have to add the boba balls separately from the drink and that’s an extra 70 rub. But who orders bubble tea with no boba?? That’s not boba then without the tapioca pearls. The reason I put 3 stars is because the tapioca pearls are either undercooked or too cooled down, they were not chewy nor sweet. Please make sure that your cooks know how to cook tapioca IN syrup and make sure it’s not undercooked. Also, the boba pearls did not even fit through the straws, so maybe change the type of tapioca pearls you use? How can I drink boba when the boba is getting stuck in the straw all the time? I had to wait until my drink is finished just to consume the tapioca with a spoon. The only thing I liked was the whipped cream in the coconut drink, it tasted so so good. But please add options to make drinks sweeter for us, because I felt these drinks were not sweet enough for a boba shop. And also maybe option to make warm drinks because mine came superrr cold, and I was sick, so please make a warm bubble tea option. Yes, the cups and logo are cute. Hopefully, the shop reads my review and implies the suggestions I gave. I’m looking forward to this shops improvement, as it has potential. Food: 3

Спасибо большое за обратную связь! С первого дня нашего открытия топпинги не входят в стоимость напитков. По желанию топпинги можно добавить во все напитки, ведь не все хотят пить кофе с тапиокой или смузи с кокосовыми дольками. ⠀ Важно: у нас всегда свежая тапиока, потому что мы варим её сами! Перед подачей процесс варки и остывания занимает 1,5 часа.

Bubble tee is just terrible! The balls are not chewy, we were offered only 1 type on the menu, but in fact they have a whole menu! Just spent 700 rubles!
