Today when I pulled through the drive-thru, I paid for my daughter's 4 piece comb & there was nobody behind me & a young man told me to pull up. I was like I'll pull up after a car pulls up behind me just in case, and he goes no sir you going to move right now and I was like there's nobody behind me there's four cars sitting there waiting for their food is it going to take that long and if so let me know but in the meantime, I'm going to sit right here into a car pulls up behind me and he was saying no sir you got to move now and I said let me speak to a manager and the manager come out and said yes you have to move up right now. I said ma'am I'm going to pull up as soon as somebody pulls in behind me I said if if that don't work for you then just give me my money back and she's just immediately gave me my money back and the whole time it made no sense for me to have to pull up exactly when they said to pull up when there was nobody in the Drive-Thru line but me. Why couldn't I just wait until somebody pulled up behind me before pulling up? at least that way if they have the food ready I would have saved them from having to walk out. My 14 year old daughter didn't even want to stop in there anyway because she said that every time she does the drinks are no good & they take to long. I see the other people complain about taking too long and this place is so unorganized and some little kids in high school going to tell me no you have to move now with nobody behind me I would avoid this place like the plague. I included the receipts to show how right the manager thought she was. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sunday 6-14 A tallk man with dreadlocks was super friendly and made us fell welcomed. The girl at the counter was the same. They represented the company extremely well

I ordered one bacon egg biscuit and 1 large bo-round. I was told after paying to pull up and they would bring it out. Si, along with 2 other customers, after waiting 15 minutes, we went to the window and were told to go to the back door. At the back door, I stood there with 2 men. A lady comes to the door, asked what the first man ordered, prepared a bag, got it wrong, repeated the same thing three times before finally giving the man his correct order. Then, the second man was asked what his order was. He told her and was told to wait. Then she, without speaking to me, yells to the employees inside, "Does anyone know what that WHITE LADY ORDERED "? NOW, if I, being white, yelled out does anyone know what that black lady ordered, I'd probably be 6 feet under for Christmas this year! Come on BOJANGLES! REALLY? To be clear, this is the store located on Spears Creek rd. Off of I-20 in Columbia/Elgin SC. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20
