Most amazing bojangles I've ever went to. This bojangles gives everything I want. Fresh chicken (and sometimes surprising giant drumstick), right drink, and right side, and awesome customer service. I always go to drive-thru and the they are always very kind. Most of the bojangles I went to has always been giving me the wrong items, but not this one! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

While I typically refrain from sharing my feedback regarding my experiences at restaurants or diners, this particular incident resonates with me as I have been a loyal customer of this establishment since the 1990s and have historically regarded it as the epitome of both food quality and customer service, particularly considering its status as a fast food establishment. Regrettably, my recent experience at was profoundly disappointing. The staff behind the counter and in the kitchen exhibited unprofessional conduct, and the manager on duty seemed to contribute to a chaotic and disrespectful atmosphere. Furthermore, my order was prepared incorrectly and did not meet the high standards I have come to anticipate from this franchise. It is disheartening to witness a location with such a robust community history decline in quality. I am uncertain whether reviews or opinions like this one are adequately taken seriously to formulate a plan of action, but I am hopeful that a place my family used to frequent after Sunday Church can regain the level of excellence it once possessed.

You get a different experience every time from the employees to the food! FYI if you order food in the am, expect no seasoning on the fries! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10
