Great coffee. We ordered the mushrooms on toast at $24 and croque madame (ham and cheese toastie with egg on top) for $16.50. Both these meals have atleast 1 piece of bread, an egg and a tiny bit of spinach. What makes them different is the croque madame has another piece of bread, cheese, ham, and a lot more spinach. The mushrooms on toast just had mushrooms, yet was $7.50 more. This was one of 2 vegetarian meals the other being $25, not great value for vegetarians. 2nd time I was lucky to buy a surprise bag o. Friday from to good to go 3pm , but sadly not a good experience the food is days old and taste stall , the date slice made me unwell and stuck like rock to my throat , so sad because the crusant was lovely fresh tasting and my family really loved it , would be carefu, in the future , as if the food is to old to sell they should bin it , as selling it to people who can not afford to eat or get sick is a risk to their business profile Hopefully this is a once only rxperience and is not the rule going forward

Boubar, a locals favourite coffee shop,. I understand it is Anzac Day, though if no other coffee shops are open and you decide to open, maybe get more staff on roster. The young lady behind the coffee machine was 12 coffees deep and there was more to make. I ordered a soy latte and it was perfect but I can’t say that about the food! Ordered a big breakfast $25 it came with two slices of bread, sautéed spinach, two poached eggs, and a tomato cut in half! All of it was cold.. not very impressed, I understand short staffed may be difficult but if you are charging that much for a big breakfast, at least serve it hot. ( big breakfast ) eggs, bread, spinach, sausage, bacon, hash brown, tomato, mushrooms etc…. Extortionist prices! 3 stars because it was Anzac Day!
