Disappointing – Beautiful venue turned into a tourist trap We visited Bouillon Racine again after 5 years, remembering it as a great experience. Sadly, this time was highly disappointing. While the historic interior and the architecture are still beautiful, the food was honestly very poor. It did not taste fresh at all. The île flottante tasted like a mass-produced, packaged dessert, and the sauce completely lacked any vanilla flavor.It is a real shame to see such a beautiful place turn into a tourist trap. We will not be returning. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: €50–60
