Bowlba Café is an absolute delight. I had the Pho with beef, which was flavorful and comforting, and the Soft Shell Crab Buns is a standout. I also tried the Mango Slush, which was refreshing and the perfect sweet finish. The decor is beautiful, the atmosphere feels welcoming, and the staff was great. Overall, everything was wonderful I’ll definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
