They charge a service fee of 2 euros per person, and no one tells you this before you sit down. It’s written in fine print in their menu. Initially they would not give tap water, even though we ordered other things from the menu. But then it seems they changed their mind and brought us small cups of water. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: €1–10

Horrible service! Firstly before even ordering they saw I had a snack on my bag and forbade me from eating. Then we ordered a single bottle of water and they charged 2 euro per person for it and the glasses were not looking particularly clean. Service: 1 Meal type: Other Price per person: €1–10

My wife and I stopped in here the other morning. Let me say that this place right here is what Italy and the Italian experience are about! The excellent pastries and finely brewed and prepared coffee that you hear about and that Rome is famous for are here. Such a wonderful atmosphere. Just being in this place is a wonderful thing. Such a wonderful staff. The service is excellent and they meticulously prepare everything. And the staff is so meticulously dressed too. When you visit Rome for the first time or again, stop by. You WILL NOT be disappointed! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: €10–20
