I had the jerk chicken bowl, it was amazing! Saliha & Maureen were awesome. They were very kind, fast and helpful. What a great first experience! The Mr. and I stopped into Breadless because we were hungry and wanted to try something different, and honestly, this ended up being one of the more comfortable dining experiences I’ve had in a while. The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and relaxed from the moment we walked in. We didn’t feel rushed, and the staff immediately made the experience feel easy. I ordered a custom bowl with brown rice, jerk chicken, fresh cucumber, lettuce, spicy vegan aioli, and a pomegranate agua fresca The Mr. got the South Bowl with a few modifications and sweet potato fries. The food was flavorful, filling, and fresh. One thing I really appreciated was being able to actually see my chicken being freshly diced and plated in front of me. It gave me confidence that I was getting a full piece of chicken freshly prepared for my bowl instead of random pre-cut leftovers sitting in a container somewhere. That attention to preparation stood out to me. The portions were also solid for the price, especially considering the ingredients tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared instead of rushed or heavily processed. What stood out most though was the service. The woman helping us was incredibly kind and patient while we figured out what we wanted. She shared her favorite menu items, answered our questions thoroughly, and made discussing food allergies feel comfortable. That honestly meant a lot to me because calm and knowledgeable communication around allergies is not always common when eating out. They were transparent about ingredients, knowledgeable about allergens, and everything there is gluten free. Even the sweet older woman working in the back was warm and eager to help. This was one of those places where you leave feeling good not just because the food was good, but because the people made the experience feel welcoming too. I stopped in today to try a few things. Was greeted by Theresa and Julian. They were helpful on giving me the background of Breadless and were beyond kind. They were both enthusiastic about the food and the store. Lots of love in this food. The food is vibrant and fresh and packed with flavor. I'm not even a bread avoider and I loved everything. This will be one of my go-to's for fast fresh healthy food. Thanks again!
