had a doner kabab tonight and it was like chewing on cows udders hard and chewy and the mozzarella sticks were burnt. I would have expected it if you guys were busy but you weren't but I suppose that's what you get when you have kids working in a kitchen not trained to the highest standards.
Worst chips ever! Dry like cardboard, chips shouldn't be so dry and like they are made of card. I can't recommend it at all. £8 wasted and in the bin... Update and reply, actually a friend purchased this evening and their view was the same, I am very disappointed this evening. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Thanks for this and the Facebook comment too… would have been nice for you to contact us to give us a chance to resolve before leaving such a lovely review on Christmas Eve. I actually visited the shop myself and had chips tonight and they were really nice so I’m not sure what you have experienced here.
