It's a pleasant experience to eat nicely cooked steaks and good burgers. You will be offered great coffee. The patient staff at this restaurant can show how much they like their visitors. The prompt service is something these restaurateurs care about. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are adequate. Brooks Ranch Restaurant scored 4.1 in the Google rating system.

The food quality has gone down. Green beans were straight from a can and not even warmed. The waitress said they had no other vegetables at that time. Originally ordered the chili but the waitress came back over 10 minutes later to say she realized they were out. Everything was so bland. I used to love their food I don't know what happened. I won't be going back for a while.

Super friendly & attentive staff. Our coffee cups were always full and their breakfast is still wonderful.

Since they changed owners the service is extremely horrible!! I went to take my parents out for dinner. In Reedley there is not many places to choose from so we decided on Brooks for dinner. We sat down right away and got our drinks too. Service was going very well. We ordered our food and service was fast. There was no one in there. We received our food and our bill and from there it went down hill. We finished our drinks and got no refills. Finished our food and took forever for her to come back to check on us. Finally received our boxes for our food and then patiently waited for our ice cream. If you know brooks ranch you know you always get an ice cream with dinner. It it a tradition there!!! So we ask her when she finally comes near our table if we can have our dessert. She says " we are under new management and we no longer give dessert with our dinner meals." We said "what this is brooks ranch" She then says "well since you guys did not know I will give them to you for free." So we sat and waited about 10mins while she is standing near the counter talking to another co worker. We decided we are not going to wait a note and got up to leave to pay our bill. My dad told the girl never mind on the ice cream. She says "I can put it in a to go" and we said no thank you. We waited 10mins for this ice cream and you ignored us by talking to your other co worker and not worrying about your customer. She said " next time you come in I will give you two scoops for free." She did not apologize nor did she seem to worry about it. They were very rude and the service was horrible. We always go there time to time for dinner or breakfast. I don't know if I would go back if the service is going to be this way.
