A simple request like no tomato goes ignored. I don't ask for much but when a sandwich is $10 why go through the EXTRA effort to put tomato on bruh

I got the farmhouse bagel which was very good. The service here was great. The workers are very kind especially our cashier Bella. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I used to be a big fan of Bruegger's bagels, but for the last couple years they have gone severely downhill. Considering how many different stores that have provided bad service and food, I believe it's due to a change in top management policy, or decline in the company overall. After several months of avoiding the chain, I tried them again only to be met with disappointment. Word of warning for this particular location, their cream cheese gave my entire family a light bout of food poisoning, the bagels were dry and misshapen, and the toasted bagels were overdone. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
