We had a fantastic experience at Jubala Coffee in Raleigh, North Carolina, entirely thanks to Brady. When we first received our order, we noticed they forgot my drink in the initial rush. However, when I went back up to the counter, Brady immediately stepped in to make it right. His customer service was absolutely flawless, and he handled the minor oversight with grace, speed, and a huge smile. Brady was incredibly helpful and deeply knowledgeable about the coffee drinks and different coffee beans they offer. He took the time to explain their unique menu, ensuring our corrected order was crafted perfectly. His genuine kindness completely turned our visit around and transformed a simple mistake into a memorable, positive experience. If you are ever in Raleigh, you definitely should visit this Jubala Coffee and ask for Brady. He cares about the customers and will give you the absolute best experience. Thank you, Brady, for your outstanding service! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I was so not impressed with the chai latte. It had a nice think foam on top but then it was so weak. I could barely taste it was a chai versus any sweet black tea. The biscuit sandwiches were tasty. I liked the sweetness of the drop biscuit. The fried egg on top looked just like a fried egg is make at home and the cheese was fine. The specialness comes from the biscuit. We also tried the lavender grapefruit loaf. It had nice flavor with HINTS of grapefruit, but I'm couldn't really distinguish any lavender. However, the loaf was so dry. Outdoor seating but you gotta watch out for the sparrows trying to snag a bite. Parking behind the Aloft hotel was decent, there aren't a lot of spaces but we were able to find a spot. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a hallway that connects directly to Jubala. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
