Today, I came directly from work at 3:00 PM. Parking in Bin Mahmoud is extremely difficult, so I called and asked if my order could be brought outside once it was ready so I could quickly pay and collect it. This was not the first time I had requested this service. I have ordered before and collected my order without any issues. However, this time, a Filipina staff member answered and said, “No, we don’t go outside.” I explained that there was no available parking and that I could not leave my car obstructing the road. She then replied, “We are busy with online orders, so order from Talabat.” Excuse me? I drove all the way to your branch and now I’m being told to order from Talabat? If I wanted Talabat, I wouldn’t have driven there myself. Besides, when I order through delivery apps, drinks often arrive spilled and the ice is already melted. I used to be a regular customer, but not anymore. There are many other options in Qatar, and good customer service is what keeps customers coming back. Very disappointing experience. I hope the owner is aware of how customers are being treated at the Bin Mahmoud branch. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I love this shop it's a good go to it's very fast service the staff are nice love the menue but I gave four star because of an experience today ,when I came to the shop I thought to buy something different so bought the ubi something (it's purple) I started drinking it and it was very sweet and I loved it but after I finished 75% it started tasting weird and I almost vomited Meal type: Other Price per person: QAR 1–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
