Right next to the Kyoto Station Shinkansen gate, I had citrus-flavored ice Gyokuro green tea. Each one was carefully brewed in a japanese teapot, and the aroma and taste were very good. The clerk is familiar with tea, so I recommended you to discuss what kind of tea is good for you.

To be honest, my mother and i did not like our drinks. Mine was okay, it was a very bitter iced green tea with slices of oranges. But my mother really disliked her drink. It was a tea latte, but it tasted like fish mousse. The tea underneath was okay, but the whipped topping was truly horrible. I want to note though: the staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful explaining what the different teas were.

Grabbed an organic green tea here before getting on my train and it was so delicious. A little bit pricey for the organic tea, but I would get it again. Customer service was really good too.
