After having some great food here in the past , today lunch , and service was dreadful ! Wrong order 3 times , no rice with the chillie until I had to ask,turned up 20 mins later , and didnt even come and offer us desert , just avoided us rather than make the situation better . Very very poor . Food was also well under par . Will not be returning any time soon or advising anyone els to . Disapointing after spending nearly £90 . Food worthy of a review. In a time where going out for a meal feels like daylight robbery - small portions, high prices and bang average quality. The meal I had here on Sunday at The Buck Inn was exceptional. A family get together with the intention of a Sunday roast was soon turned on it's head when I spotted the Caribbean section of the menu. I went for the Geera Pork and it was easily the best meal I've had in a restaurant. Generous portion, cooked to perfection with incredible flavour. I don't often review, but this experience was worthy of commendation. Well done The Buck Inn ! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
