Brestoise back at Buffalo Grill Brest 25 years later. I had a childhood memory of an almost iconic family restaurant, visible to any newcomer after the RN. What a pleasure to find a little nostalgia and invite my family! Unfortunately, the situation experienced is not up to expectations. The choice of a Saturday evening, the usual busy day, does not explain what we experienced. The restaurant was crowded, the atmosphere was stuffy and extremely noisy. Inside the building, I couldn't hold a conversation, it was so hellish. I did not hear the server to order despite his kindness, we could see that the team was doing their best to provide service. The disappointment is major: -The endless wait for a dish (1h30 cumulative wait for 2 appetizers and the dishes....). We even left BEFORE we had the chance to order dessert. 30 min between service for children's dishes and adult dishes .... Our dishes arrived cold. We wonder if they have not been forgotten in the kitchen. -The children's menus ordered, 3 in number, the quantities were suitable for children under 8 years old. Our children were so happy the wait was long. Due to the wait, the children's desserts were taken away (no surprise when cashing), no children had the "surprise" of the menu. You can imagine their disappointment... we only go to the restaurant once or twice a year with them... it was their little pleasure that they were waiting for. - Special mention for the child's high chair with sticky and greasy cuffs. I had the misfortune to touch this before ordering.... So I cleaned with wipes.... It doesn't give a good picture of the maintenance of the restaurant. - Adult order: the cooking of the meat was correct for my spouse. But the accompaniment was cold for both of us. The fries were frozen quality. The adult quantity was equivalent to the child portion, therefore very insufficient and much more expensive. For my part, I ate marinated chicken wings... I feel like I ate frozen food. - The addition was salty in terms of quality, quantity on the plate and reception. To conclude : I did not expect to have such a bad experience accompanying my family in this buffalo. It's even my worst restaurant experience. I always try to relativize but then there impossible! This meal was a fiasco. We came out, we were hungry, two headaches, overexcited children and the impression of being screwed over! Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
