My wife and I are traveling a lot since we have retired. As we do, we look for places the locals are eating. We found such a place called Busters. This place looks to have been here many decades and is rich in historic photos on the walls. Seat yourself, if you can get a table. Local lunch crowd was there and we had a short wait. When seated, a server was promptly there to take our drink order and provide a menu. Being it Wednesday, we had the special. Fried pork chops and Lima beans. This came with cornbread and slice of white onion on the side. This home cooked dinner was so good I felt guilty eating it. I had the feeling my mother was behind me waiting to slap the fire out of me if I said how good it was over hers. If your ever passing through Atmore Alabama, you need to stop in and eat the best home cooked food you may have ever eaten. It's not going to be a guilt free experience. Just say "sorry mom" and eat on.
