Four of us went Cadran for dinner, the food was fine not spectacular. The problem was the service, so cold and perfunctory to be ridiculous. I’ve spent months in Japan and so no this isn’t a cultural thing. We were barely greeted at the door, whisked to table without a word. Table staff spoke decent English but did not welcome us, just asked for drink order. Nothing explained. The 5 courses arrived very quickly in succession without any comment. At this price point it should be both about food and service. I know there are excellent French restaurants in Tokyo with great food and service, find those. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
